The 2k row development program that works with you and your ability to progress your power and performance. This is our most successful program with huge results over many years. This program consists of 
· 1-week pre-testing 
· 1-week post testing 
· 6 weeks of training based on our Watts training method 
· 5 training sessions a week 
· Improvement in your power/intensity output in all training zones

· 12 weeks of training based on our Watts training method 
· 5 training sessions a week 
· Improvement in your power/intensity output in all training zones but specifically middle distance.
