WHAT MACHINES CAN WE USE ON THESE PROGRAMS?
Our programs are designed to incorporate any machine that provides Watts as a training output. The most used pieces of equipment are the C2 rower, Ski-erg, C2 bike, Wattbike and the Assault bike.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
Our programs are based on levels. Level 1 is our introduction course which provides an understanding of our training methodology. Level 1 costs £60 for 8 weeks programming, feedback and guidance. Level 2 is our continuation program which is for any athlete that has completed the Level one course. Level 2 costs £20 per month and can be cancelled at any time and also rejoined at any time. Level 3 is for business owners. Level 4 is our fantastic workshop on the beast affectionately known as the rower and costs £50 for 3 hours coaching.
WHY TRAIN IN WATTS?
Power (measured in watts) is the first component of fitness that is registered on the machines we use. Time splits derive from how powerful you are and calories have a generic formula creating an unrealistic training environment. More info can be found in our first blog.
