TRAINING OPTIONS

We, at WattPower understand that athletes (and we are all athletes of some description) need support to achieve our goals and that is exactly what we offer. We recognise that what will work for one will almost certainly not work for another. We provide feedback on every session that you complete whilst within the supportive community groups. 



We offer several levels of training options for the potential WattPower athlete, these are; 


Level 1 – The WattPower Classic 8 Week Course - 2 options with this classic program;


5 session per week, or

3 session per week.

Both effective.

Level 2 – The WattPower Perfectionist Program - is a rolling program offering 5 sessions per week across all modalities.

Level 3 – The Affiliate Package - designed to work in consultation with coaches in gyms/boxes who wanted to offer group WattPower programming to their clients. A perfect way to harness the power of group activity, fitness fun and accountability.

Level 4 – The WattPower Indoor Rowing Workshop - Just the best - can be requested from gym/box owners and you and your students will receive an informative coaching day on how to get the most from your training on the rower.

There are limited options for bespoke coaching packages.
