Degree in Health Sport and Fitness Over 20 years of fitness knowledge and experience. 3rd place at the European Championships in 2016. 1st place Team winners at the European Championships 2016. Army and Corps rower representing at international and national events. Army lead for Indoor Rowing and former C2 master trainer. 
World Record Holder as the skipper for Force Atlantic 21 with an unsupported trans-Atlantic row. Force Atlantic 21 are the quickest ever mixed 4 to participate in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge.
